Had a little luck with this particular item i bought it off amazon for a small amount but found out why when it wouldnt switch on and the invoice said it was faulty and for parts brought it to the phone doctor and they said sorry its no go but try o2 you might get lucky cause its record say its from there, I sent it to o2 and they said they couldnt fix it so they replaced the entire handset!!! its a brilliant phone but i find the size a lil awkward for me to be honest though for internet etc its awesome with expandable memory and a ton of extras with it you will not be disappointed
