the only problem with this phone is the screen comes on and off this is because the software needs to be updates this can be done by taking it to one of them corner shops that fix phones for 15pounds as they quoted me or if you have the blackberry cd you can do it youself.
the phone does have quite a few scratches from doestic use but the case can be changed.
